pera!place is a fully-furnished apartment with elegance and character in the district of Pera, Beyoglu, in the heart of Istanbul. It's on the first floor of a listed 19th century building (an award-winning renovation project) and overlooks a very lively and interesting little street.

This charming Istanbul apartment comprises entrance hall, large living room with original marble fireplace and amazing ceiling, one double bedroom, modern bathroom and small kitchen. There are frescos on several walls and the furnishing's a mix of very modern and antique: stylish and comfortable.

pera!place is perfect for a couple who wish to have an authentic experience of contemporary Istanbul at the center of culture and night life (without being asked to buy a single carpet...).

We renovated pera!place in May 2008. All work and furnishing has been completed to a very high standard. You can be amongst the first to enjoy the new bathroom, kitchen and furniture. And while you do, we'll plant a tree towards offsetting the CO2 produced by your flight to Istanbul.
